The Junior School Council plays an important role at Marysville Primary School. Enhancing student voice creates an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. The following students have been carefully selected by their peers to represent their wants and needs.

Each day the children have a 2 hour English block of learning that includes reading, writing, spelling , grammar, and handwriting. There is a one hour mathematics block and 2 hours of integrated learning covering humanities, science, technology, the Arts, Languages (Auslan) and PE.

The swimming program is always a huge success. Having swimming during the first two weeks of school has proved to be favourable with students, parents and staff. The children enjoy the program and the weather is always very conducive to swimming lessons.
